Chemise de Berger

Lightweight shirt inspired by walks in the mountains with the herd. Repurposed from an antique cotton bed cover sourced from Spain with many repairs present, both old and new to reinforce parts of the toile. The fabric is perfectly softened with age. The style is an oversized boxy cut with gathered details in the back and sleeves, designed to be loose in the body and to be worn on both warmer and cooler days.

This is edition one of one, in size S/M and ready to ship. All shirts are unisex with a generous oversized cut. Please take note of measurements below, especially on collar size.

Made by me, by hand. Please note, the shirts are new, but the fabrics are not and while I have done my best to salvage the best parts there may be some signs of age. The nature of the fabric is a work of art in itself. This shirt has been made in order to re appreciate the time that someone has put into preserving what exists already instead of buying new.
