"Works over" Trouser

Lounging trouser for inside and outside made in vintage white piqué cotton, sourced in Spain. I purchased the fabric from the grand niece of the owner of a factory just outside of Barcelona, that had closed in the 50s. This was part of the old stock that had been stored away. These trousers are pleasantly lightweight, but sturdy enough for everyday wear.

The style is mid rise with a tied waist, concealed button fly and side pockets, with hand stitched reinforcement. There is additional allowance in the sides, so you have a bit more space to comfortably wear thermals underneath. The trousers are French seamed and stitched in high resistant thread.

All buttons are antique nacre buttons, sourced in France.

All sizes are unisex with quite a lot of adjustment in the waist, please see measurements below for a guide. There are two length types, relaxed long and ankle cut. Please select which you would prefer when ordering. As all orders are hand made leg length can also be easily adapted for you, just drop a note in order comments with the length you would like added or removed.

S. Waist laid flat: 46cm relaxed 

Leg length relaxed long: Full leg length at inner seam: 74cm

Leg length for ankle cut: Full leg length at inner seam: 66cm

M. Waist laid flat: 50cm relaxed

L. Waist laid flat: 54cm relaxed

Charlie normally wears size 36 (S), her measurements are - Hip: 83cm / Waist: 68cm/ Height 168cm. In the photo she is wearing size S "ankle cut".
